Mr. Lacey retired in 2004 after 15 years with Devon Energy Corporation. From 1999, until his retirement in February 2004, he served as Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production. From 1989 until 1999, he served as Devon’s Vice President of Operations and Exploration. Prior to his employment with Devon, he served as General Manager of Tenneco Oil Company’s Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain Divisions where he was responsible for the financial and operational aspects. Mr. Lacey has a high level of financial literacy and risk analysis expertise with extensive knowledge in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance as well as an extensive understanding of reserve disclosures.

Education: Professional Degree and Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Memberships: Registered professional engineer prior to his retirement in 2004; member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers; and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
