TOTAL REWARDS
  • Competitive base salary: Employees are paid comparable to peer companies and includes incentive targets and performance rewards.

HEALTH & WELFARE
  • Company-paid life insurance: Basic life insurance is provided to employees at no charge.
  • Employee paid additional life insurance: Additional voluntary life insurance is available for purchase. 
  • Short-term disability: Short-term disability offers generous income replacement benefits when employees are unable to work due to illness or injury, maternity leave, surgery or medical treatments.
  • Company-paid long-term disability insurance: Protects employees and their families financially when illness or injury prevents work for an extended time. Long-term disability coverage is also offered.
  • Medical/dental/vision coverage: Both a traditional PPO or a High Deductible Health Plan are options for medical coverage. The dental plan covers preventive, basic and major services, and the vision plan provides access to vision care providers across the U.S.
